Driveways, back patios, front walks and shop slabs, poured by the same outfit that does commercial site concrete. You get a written price before anybody breaks ground.
A patio does not need a different standard than a loading dock. It needs a proper base, real reinforcement and joints cut on time. Most of the cracked slabs we get called to replace were missing at least one of those.
We pour driveways and approaches, back patios, front and side walks, and slabs for a shop, a shed, a carport or a camper pad. New work and replacement of concrete that has cracked, heaved or settled.
We will also tell you when you do not need us. If your driveway is sound and the problem is one settled panel or a joint that needs sealing, that is a much smaller job and we will say so.

New driveways, widenings, turnarounds and parking aprons, plus the approach where your drive meets the road and takes the worst of the water.
Base graded and compacted, forms set to drain away from the house, reinforcement through the slab, and control joints cut on schedule so the cracking stays in the lines we put there.

Back patios, grill pads, front walks and paths out to a shop or a gate. Broom finish as standard, because it is what actually keeps its footing when it rains.
We set the slope so water runs away from the foundation instead of pooling against it, and we tie a new patio into an existing slab so the joint is clean rather than stepped.

Slabs for a shop, a garage, a carport, a shed or a camper, thick enough and reinforced for what you are actually parking on them.
Tell us the building you are ordering or the weight you are putting on it and we will size the slab for that instead of pouring everything four inches and hoping.
Cracked, heaved or settled concrete saw cut out, hauled off and repoured on a base that will hold it.
Pipe and headwalls at the end of a driveway so the ditch keeps running and the drive stops washing.
Poured steps and landings at a door, a deck or a walk, built to a consistent rise.
Open joints and cracks sealed so water stops getting under the slab and lifting it.
Dirt pulled back to the new edge so you are not left with a drop off along the concrete.
If asphalt makes more sense for a long drive, we do that side too and will tell you which is the better buy.
Free, at the house, usually inside a day or two. We check the grade and where the water goes before we talk about price.
Square footage, thickness, reinforcement, finish and a start date, in writing. Nothing shows up on the invoice that was not on the quote.
Grade, forms, steel, pour, finish, joints and cure. Forms come off, dirt gets pulled back, and the mess leaves with us.
Rule of thumb, you can walk on it in about a day, park a car on it in about a week, and put a loaded truck or an RV on it closer to a month. Cold or wet weather stretches all of that, so we give you the real dates for your pour before we leave.
Concrete moves, so we control where it cracks instead of pretending it will not. Reinforcement through the slab and control joints cut on time keep the cracking in the joints where you will not notice it. What you do not want is a slab poured thin on a soft base with the joints cut late.
Close, not exact. New concrete cures lighter and evens out over a year or two, and the old slab has years of weather on it. We match the finish and the joint pattern so the two read as one driveway, and we tell you honestly how different the color will look at first.
Often just a section. If the rest of the slab is sound and the base under it has not washed out, cutting out the bad panels and repouring them is a fraction of the cost. We will walk it with you and say which one you are looking at.
Yes. A pad for an AC unit, a short walk, a set of steps, one bad driveway panel. Small jobs get scheduled around the bigger pours, so there may be a wait, but we do them.
Out of Norman Park, so Moultrie, Tifton, Thomasville, Albany, Valdosta and everything between them. We will travel up to 100 miles past the shop for the right job.
Tell us what you want poured or what needs replacing. We will come look at it and give you a written number, usually inside 24 hours.
