Commercial Strip Mall — Complete Lot Restriping
The Problem: Years of sun exposure, tire wear, and weather had left this commercial strip mall’s parking lines nearly invisible. Drivers couldn’t tell where spaces began or ended, creating a chaotic and unsafe parking situation for customers.
What We Did: Full parking lot restriping with high-visibility traffic-grade white paint. We laid out fresh parking stalls, directional arrows, fire lane markings, and lane dividers — all to current ADA and local code specifications.
The Result: A clean, professional lot that’s easy to navigate and safe for every customer. The property manager reported an immediate improvement in tenant satisfaction.

What We Did: Complete lot restriping from scratch. We re-measured every parking stall for maximum capacity, added clear directional flow markings, and used commercial-grade traffic paint rated for high-traffic areas.

What We Did: Applied two coats of commercial-grade coal tar emulsion sealant after thorough cleaning and crack prep. The entire driveway was sealed edge-to-edge with uniform coverage.
The Result: A deep, rich black finish that looks like a brand-new driveway. More importantly, the sealant creates a waterproof barrier that prevents oxidation and extends the asphalt’s lifespan by 3-5 years.

What We Did: Power-washed the entire surface, filled minor cracks with hot rubberized crack filler, then applied two even coats of premium sealant with a professional squeegee application for a smooth, uniform finish.
